Lori Tatar-Staszak - President

Lori Tatar-Staszak has been an Account Manager with VerHalen Commercial Interiors for over 3 years. Prior to that Lori worked as a Project Manager with Steve Kassner Construction. Lori is married to Patrick and has a daughter Taylor who is 17 years old. Previous affiliations include Brown County Home Builders Association, Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association, American Society of Healthcare Engineering, and Vice President of the Preble Dance Team.

Nicholas Linz - Vice President

Nick is an attorney at Gerbers Law, S.C., specializing in civil litigation and municipal law. Nick grew up in Green Bay, and recently moved back to town with his wife, Carrie, and twin daughters, Addison and Hailey. As a newcomer to the Ashwaubenon Business Association, Nick looks forward to building relationships and developing ties to the local community.

Jody Bruley - Treasurer

Jody has been a member of Ashwaubenon Business Association through L.P. Mooradian Flooring for 3 years. Jody and her brother Dan purchased L.P. Mooradian Flooring from their father Ken Braun in 1998. L.P. Mooradian Co has been at its present location on Potts and Holmgren since 1965. Previous to purchasing L.P. Mooradian Flooring, Jody worked at M&l Bank for 23 years.

Dawn Collins - Secretary

Dawn is the current Village Clerk for Ashwaubenon. She assumed office in May of 2007. As a resident and former business owner in the Village, Dawn is quite familiar with ABA, having been a previous member for approximately ten years. Her other involvement includes membership to the Wisconsin Municipal Clerk Association, Mana9ement Women board member, ministry leadership at Pilgrim Congregational Church, as well as continuing education at Lakeland College in the Business Management program.

Jeff Olson - Board Member

Jeff has been working as the retail manager of Seroogy’s Chocolates since 2006 with the Ashwaubenon location having been added in 2008.

Prior to employment with Seroogy’s, he had spent 18 years managing a grocery store in Chilton. During that time, he was active with the local Chamber of Commerce serving on the board for several terms and one term as president.

Mary Shaw - Board Member

Mary Shaw has been in the hospitality business for over 17 years and recently made the change to Corporate Sales Manager at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. She is also activiely involved with the Greater Green Bay Lodging Association as a Board Member, Secretary and Marketing Committee Chairperson.

Linda Segersin - Board Member

Linda Segersin serves as the General Manager of The Martec Group – Green Bay office. Linda has over 18 years of marketing research experience including qualitative and quantitative business-to-business, consumer and medical research. Linda is adept at developing, conducting and managing both qualitative and quantitative. Linda’s focus group moderating experience includes both business to business and consumer projects for local and national clients, including Wisconsin Energy, Presto Products, Enzymatic Therapy, First National Bank – Fox Valley, and the Wisconsin Historical Society.

Robert Berls - Board Member

Bob Berls is the Financial Center Manager of the North Shore Bank at 2215 S Oneida Street. As the Financial Center Manager he works as the branch manager and works with local businesses to offer their employees additional benefits through the bank. He has been in the financial services industry for the last six years and is excited about this new opportunity to be involved with Ashwaubenon Business Association.

Jody Josephs - Board Member

Jody lived in Ashwaubenon almost her whole life. She graduated in 1984 from Ashwaubenon High School. All 3 of her children have gone to the Ashwaubenon schools, last one graduating next year. Jody has been married to Mike for 25 years and they reside in Waterford Park, Ashwaubenon. She is a realtor with Shorewest and has been an agent for 8 years. Mike and Jody are involved in more sales and listings in Ashwaubenon than any other realtor. She is proud to be here and to bring new families to the area and our wonderful schools.

Kal Kerlin - Past President

Kal co-manages the First Choice Mortgage branch in Ashwaubenon that is located at 2225 S. Oneida Street. He has been a resident of Ashwaubenon since 1989. He has a wife, Diane, two step-daughters, Gina, Jessie and son-in-law Nate. He is also the proud grandparent of Quinn and Chloe. He is a former Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, current member of Titletown Business Connect, Green Bay Tips Club, Brown County Sportsmen’s Club and Nicolet Rifle Club. He has been a member of Ashwaubenon Business Association since 2006. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing.
